Black and White Prints (made from B&W negatives)
My black and white prints are custom made in my own darkroom via tray processing. The 8x10 and 11x14 size prints are made on a glossy finish resin coated paper. The16x20 prints are made on a semi-matte resin coated paper.
 
Color Negative Prints (made from color negatives)
My color negative prints are also custom made in my darkroom using the RA-4 process on a Jobo processor. The 8x10 and 11x14 size prints are made on a Fujicolor or Kodak glossy finish paper. The large 16x20 prints are made on a semi-matte Kodak paper.
 
Inkjet Prints (made from color transparencies and digital images)
My color transparencies and digital images are printed via an inkjet printer Since it is no longer possible to process R-3, all transparencies are scanned on a film or flatbed scanner. The high resolution files are outputted to an Epson printer on Epson heavyweight paper with a matte finish.
 
Shipping on Single Prints
8x10 and 11x14 prints are sent via United States Postal Service Priority Mail in sturdy envelopes. There is no limit on shipping for 8x10 size prints. The large16x20 size prints are carefully rolled into tubes and also sent via USPS Priority Mail.

Framed Prints
All framed prints are custom made by me from start to finish in my darkroom, with the exception of transparencies which are digitally outputted. Black and white prints in 8x10 and 11x14 sizes are printed on Ilford glossy fiber base paper for exceptional archival values. The black and white 16x20 prints are made upon an Agfa semi-matte paper. Color negative prints are all made on Kodak Endura semi-matte paper. Transparencies and digital images are printed via inkjet onto Epson heavyweight matte paper. Each print is mounted onto archival Light Impressions mat board, overmatted with a top window mat, and signed by me in the bottom corner. The prints are framed into professional style Nielsen aluminum sections with a glossy black finish. Glazing is an light weight plexiglass which will not break in transit or in an earthquake.

Editorial Use
I sell one-time exclusive rights for any image for your editorial use in advertising, news, or articles. These can be delivered as prints or as TIFF scans on CD. I hold the copyright to all images. Original negatives or transparencies are not for sale. Please contact me via e-mail for more information.
 
Instruction and Consultation on Photo Techniques
Do you need help in making better photographs? I offer my services as an instructor in the field of photography. I have had six years of experience as an educator at the college level in camera, darkroom and digital technqiues. I can travel to locations on the Monterey Peninsula and for $20 per hour I can instruct you in the following subjects. Event Photography
I also provide event photography services around the Monterey Peninsula.  My style is a journalistic approach as the event unfolds.  Rates start at $50 per hour, all inclusive.  The minimum charge is one hour.  This includes post digital editing, and uploading to a photo server on the web.  You choose and print or download your own photos from the web gallery.
